Sakasa Kebari is Japanese for reverse hackle. The Saltwater White Shrimp is tied with a reverse hackle and FNF Chewing Gum chenille which can be fished on a dead drift or with stripping actions occasionally pausing to let the reverse hackle open and close as the fly is retrieved. The fly can be tied in various hook sizes and different colors to target a specific species of fish. UK Sea Bass, Flatfish and Sea Trout have all taken this fly on numerous occasions.
